More stress on the job
A I lay in bed ysterday I wondered what it would be like to have the day, and everyother Monday off. Some of my co-workers were recently given the luxury of four day weeks. How they were chosen I have no clue, although a little favoritism was factored in I'm sure. I just find myself getting so tired of the 9 to 5 day after day after day. I can't imagine doing this until retirement.
My anxiety disorder seems to be under control, but the day to day at the office keeps my stress levels high. It's mostly the stupidity around here that gets to me and my fellow office mates. We call it the "Romper Room". We are treated like children. The whole family we work for, along with having no social skills, relates to people, even each other, in a child like manner. We have petty "because I said so" rules around here which really brings moralle down. Its one of those situations that you have to see to believe.
Since I don't have a computer at hom, updating my website is not always possible. I truly believe that if I had the time to work on it I could really turn it in to something. *sigh* I admire people who have the resources to just leave their jobs and "go for it" on their own.
My husband has put us in a bit of a financial bind and it's just not possible. I'll still work on my projects when I'm able, even though I know not much can come of it if its not a full time effort.
